Leadership
Sixth Form students can take on responsibilities throughout the sixth form and across the whole school. We have Head Girls and House Captains who represent the student body as a whole and a Sixth Form President who oversees the social aspect of Years 12 and 13. Many of our students take on the role of CAFOD young leaders, making a difference to those who need it most in the world. Sixth Form students often choose to run clubs and help with the extra-curricular provision lower down the school, providing superb experience for their next steps in life.
“At St. Anne's, you're not treated like a number. You're treated like a person.”

Academic
The Extended Project Qualification is embedded into our Personal Development curriculum and a core focus of sixth form study for many students. We also provide mentoring for students looking to apply to Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine, Veterinary Science or Dentistry, with excellent progression to these courses. We have especially good links with higher education, providing a range of opportunities to work alongside institutions such as Southampton and Solent University.
Trips
Our Sixth Form students have access to a range of trips to enhance their experience inside the classroom. From Iceland to Wales and France to Italy there are opportunities to develop learning beyond lessons. We have a well established Duke of Edinburgh programme which runs each year.
“St Anne’s has been a very welcoming environment. The staff and teachers are supportive and always go the extra mile to help students.”
